We undertake to respond and confirm our actions by e-mail to those who make such requests.

Because we only take payments by PayPal and direct funds transfer, we never see and therefore cannot store any payment information relating to any customer.
We keep records of all online purchases by customers for the time period required by UK tax law and we do not delete such records within that timeframe. After that time period these records are deleted.
